  For my genius hour presentation, I am going to be bringing makeup to life but not your everyday makeup , special effects makeup. Scary, bloody, wounded makeup.
  Makeup is my addiction. I absolutely do not believe that makeup is here to make you more beautiful; I believe that makeup is here to bring out your perfections. Having said that, I will be recreating makeup tutorials by using student models to proceed this process.
  I adore makeup because it is fun. I was introduced to makeup about two years ago and over those couple of years my passion for becoming an artist has grown.  I am an artist at heart so when I began getting into makeup and what it is truly about, I began to have an amazing experience creating different looks. Once I was taught a bit more on how to properly use makeup, I got extremely excited each day, creating looks and finding ways to enhance my features.
  I know it's not Halloween but, who care? Not I. Special effects makeup is awesome! Learning new ways to use house held items to create acid burns, scars, cuts, etc.
  My dream job is to become a Broadway makeup artist in New York. Killing two birds with one stone by pursuing my passion of makeup while sounded by--music.
